June 19th, 2004 - Last night, once again, we played at Friday Lopez, and it was SO COOL! Pre Punkfest, as it was known , was full of energy, moshing and fun. We were the third band. Thanx so much to the fans, the crowd, everyone who was there. And remember, the BIG punkfest is gonna be in October! Pictures might be posted soon, if we get around to it... Also, remember to go to the skate competition on the 26th and 27th, we're gonna be part of the show again!

June 28th, 2004 - Well, well, well. The skate comp was... well, i dunno. The sound was messed up, it started late, and it was waaaay too expensive in my opinion. The first day no bands played. And the second day they cut off like 3 bands so the party could end exactly 11o clock, and well, personally i think the ones who organised it did a pretty horrible job. But well, we played, and thanx to the fans, especially those who moshed and cheered for us, u guys rule! El niño 3 is coming up, it's this Saturday, July 3rd that is, and it will be awesome! 6 July 2004.. Well, El Niño was a pretty happening party, except that the crowd wasn't as enthused as they were at the Skate Competition. But other than that, it went pretty good. And we even got access passes.. Cool! well, we just want to wish Brian a farewell.. The party scene won't be the same. July 17th, 2004 - Hey all it's Slice, and have i got some news for you! Well, actually there's good news and bad news. The bad news is, there's no primavera party anymore.. seems it was cancelled due to some mysterious reason... (can anybody say "conspiracy"??) The GOOD news, however, is that there's a party on August 13th! It's the "summer's end party", check out our shows page for more info! We'll be playing, and one of the songs we'll play will be "Phantom Phone Call", one of our new originals! So if you're an Alpajoda. fan (insert cricket sound here), you can't miss this party!!

August 21th, 2004 - This is "Choq", reporting from the AlPaJoDa. headquarters. We've been busy these past few weeks, with school and stuff. So yeah... The Summer's End Party was pretty good, except for the sound (again). We played pretty good. On a sadder note, AlPaJoDa. is sadly taking a break. "After entertaining fans for five years now (hahaha PSYCH). No, really, we ARE taking a break. We might play on september the 10th, depending on our Mr. Prune Bassplayer type dude. October 12th, 2004 - Well me (Slice) and Dot were just on CoolFM, we sucked. Anyways, we're gonna be playing this saturday at the battle of the bands (deja vu??) at Havana, entrance costs 10 guilders if you buy a ticket like, at Cliffix or Non Stop or whatever. At the door it's 15 guilders. Other bands will be Lost, A2N, Immune, Cueback, and a few others. We wish all the bands good luck. Also, we might be playing this friday somewhere but it's not sure yet. So i'll post it if we do, even though there's probably noone reading this hehe.....See ya later...

October 25th, 2004 - Well my pc finally works again so here's the update: The battle of the bands...hehe....well it was full, first party in sometime that was that full....but there were a lot of...problems. No alcohol, WAY too expensive drinks (red bull for 8 florins?!), they moved the schedule like an hour later, and apparently, now we're hearing that some of the judges went early, leaving not enough people to judge the last bands. Also, it was a battle for the most "radio-friendly" band. Noone told us that. We sucked, since it was like 2:30 AM when we got to play, we were tired. Oh well, noone ever said life was fair. We would like to thank all of you who wasted your vote on us, lol! No seriously, thank you, it feels good to know some people still care about the qu...anyways, i'm talking too much hehe. Thanx fans, we'll repay you with some action packed performances and our cd coming out well...next year,,,lol! Well it's Slice, and while this may not be the biggest decision of your day, consider this; when people are depressed and don't know what to do, the most satisfying outlet of anger/ sorrow is music. December 11th, 2004 - Sorry for the late update but again, my pc sucks. It stopped sucking for a while but well, it's back to it's old roots...anyways.... The paintball thing was bad. first night 1 band, then the second band they cancelled all bands. Oh well. Just goes to show ya ; most of the time the parties that are in smaller places are better. Anyways.. no news, really.... Well, maybe we're playing at Colegio Playa on the last day of school for the year...LOL.... so we'll tell ya if we do... But till then, have fun! >Slice<

December 18th, 2004 - Well we played at Colegio Playa on the 16th, thanx to everyone who moshed. Actually, there's a pretty interesting story behind that gig. See the thing is, me (Slice), Choq, Prune and Patch, well, we didn't wanna play because of the transport problems. Dot got mad and  found a way to get everything down there at school. Then, he decided it was too much work to organise the whole thing (a fact the rest of the band had already figured out), and told us to find a spot to play, and find a way to get the things back home. Well We got a lift for the instruments till savaneta, where it started raining, and the things had to stay at a friends house. We still don't have them. My point? Thanx to Dot we missed 2 trainings, and there's a chance the amps may have been damaged due to the rain. Anyways, we're not sure but we think it'll be quite some time till we play live again, seeing as Patch has to leave for his vacation. We're extremely sorry, but if you have any comments please direct them to our lead singer(.). Thank you. <>Slice<>

December 25th, 2004 - Well It's Christmas, and a merry one to all of you still. The only update i have right now is that me and Prune finished another song, and also, I'm saving up money to buy a Zoom MRS-8 so we can try and record  some of our stuff, at least a rough sketch at worst. January 15, 2005 - Still a happy new year to everyone, and hi! Well the only news I have right now is that there's gonna be a party at Black Hog in January, but the date is not set yet. It's around the 20th or something. And also, 2nd Thought is organizing another party for February or March, Looks to be awesome as well. We will be part of both events. In other news, (I always wanted to say that hehe) Darrell A.K.A. Choq has received his new LTD guitar as well as a new effects pedal and our sound has improved a bit. February 9th, 2005 - On this date, this website has been officially up for a year! :O We are quite proud of that, and to celebrate, we'll do what we do best: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! No, really. Well, we might be playing at a party on the 18th, my birthday (Slice) is coming up on the 13th, and a friend of ours, Adiella, has a birthday on the 14th. Well, not A birthday, HER birthday.
